We want to update you in light of the evolving COVID-19 situation. We have worked hard to build a trusted and respected business serving regular and new customers alike and are proud of what we do. These are unprecedented times and we are grateful for your understanding and patience.
We know some of our customers have larger events such as birthday parties, graduations and weddings planned. If these are to be postponed we’ll be as flexible as we can when rescheduling your cakes and treats. As we are a small business, we cannot offer refunds for any orders due to stock already being purchased for your custom orders.
In response to these uncertain times, we’ve temporarily changed some elements of our booking and cancellation policies to better serve you in this situation. We are happy to put your deposit or full payment towards another order at a later date (if available).
At this moment, we are still aiming to fulfill all existing orders and bookings, with the exception of delivery and setups which are not guaranteed. Following Government guidelines on social distancing, it may not be possible to provide this service until this situation changes. We understand that due to current events surrounding the Coronavirus there may be a need for you to cancel or re-schedule your order. Please note that our standard cancellation and non-refundable deposit policy remains the same; however, we have now added an option.

Full store credit (valid for 12 months) which is available to you for any cancellations or date changes with at least 1 week-notice from pick-up/delivery date. All custom cakes require a minimum 1 week-notice for full store credit.

Collections from our premises will be strictly by appointment only and times must be adhered to. Any face to face consultations will be postponed and rearranged in the future or conducted by telephone.

New bookings are being taken subject to existing terms and amendments above.
